Condoms are screened manually to detect holes.

Seal/Package Integerated Test
Lubricated condoms which are packed with aluminium foil are tested to ensure that the foils are hermetically sealed in preventing lubricant leakage and package permeable to oxygen through the seal.

Aging Test
An accelerated temperature is applied to simulate the effect of time on the condom.
